Is the trial really free?
Yes, 3 days with no commitment and no credit card. You then decide whether to continue — no automatic renewal until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account, in one click, no justification needed. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
How many devices are covered?
One device per subscription (Android or iOS). If you have multiple phones, contact us for a family plan.
Can Trasimene really protect me 100%?
No — and we want to be clear about this. No solution can. We cover threats documented by MITRE ATT&CK Mobile, significantly more than consumer solutions. The rest depends on your behavior.
Is my data shared?
Never. Your vault content is locally encrypted with a key we never hold. We only analyze anonymous technical metadata.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via a PCI-DSS certified provider. We store no banking data on our servers.

How does monitoring work?
Trasimene continuously analyzes your device in the background, with no manual action. Results are updated automatically at each detection cycle.
What does the risk level mean?
Green = no issue detected. Amber = caution recommended. Red = active threat requiring immediate action.
Does Trasimene drain a lot of battery?
No. The service runs in optimized mode and respects Android battery restrictions to minimize impact.
Protection
What happens if a threat is detected?
You receive an immediate notification with details about the threat and recommended actions.
VPN
Does the VPN slow down my connection?
No. We use the WireGuard protocol, designed to be lightweight and fast. The difference is imperceptible in daily use.
Is there a data limit on the VPN?
No. The VPN is unlimited for all subscriptions, including the free trial.
Vault
Who can access my vault?
Only you. The content is encrypted with a key derived from your password, and Trasimene has no access to decrypted data.
How big is the vault?
5 GB included with all subscriptions, enough for thousands of passwords, notes, and documents.

How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account, in the Subscription section. Cancellation is immediate, no justification required.
How do I get a refund?
During the first 30 days of your subscription, contact our support by email to request a full refund.
