Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription to be protected?
No. Security monitoring, QR code checking, the vault and the breach alert work without a subscription. The subscription adds the VPN.
Does my Trasimène subscription give access to Trebia, Taje or Tessin?
No. Each app has its own account and its own subscription.
What does Trasimène monitor?
The phone's system, the network and, on Android, the installed apps. The checks are done by our servers based on measurements from your phone.
How many devices can I use Trasimène on?
One subscription covers one device, Android or iPhone. If you sign in on another phone, the first one is signed out.
How do I cancel?
Cancel where you subscribed. On iPhone: in Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, the subscription and Cancel Subscription. On Android: in Google Play, open Subscriptions, tap the subscription, then Cancel subscription. On trasimene.com: your Trasimène account, “Settings” section, “Manage my subscription” button, then cancel on the page that opens. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
