Does Trebia sort through the sites I visit?
No. Trebia does not sort through the sites you visit in any way. Its job: encrypt your connection and hide your IP address.
Is there a data limit?
No. Use is unlimited, with no throttling, whether you subscribe monthly or yearly.
Does Trebia keep a list of the sites I visit?
No. Trebia records neither the sites you visit nor the content of what you send. To run the service, our servers keep the server used and the time of your connections for 7 days.
Does my Trasimène subscription give me access to Trebia?
No. Trebia has its own account and its own subscription. You can use the same email address, but you need to create an account in Trebia and subscribe there. Likewise, a Trebia subscription does not give access to Trasimène.
How many devices can I use Trebia on?
One subscription covers one device, Android or iPhone. If you sign in on another phone, the first one is signed out.
How do I cancel?
Cancel where you subscribed. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store app, your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions. On trasimene.com: your Trebia account, “Settings” section, “Manage my subscription” button. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
